Used Book Sale
This year’s Used Book Sale will be on Friday, May 18, beginning at 4pm. Look for us in Alumni Hall, on the south end.
If you are interested in selling at this year’s HFHE Used Book Sale, please email Lin Devine at firstname.lastname@example.org . She will provide you will a three-digit vendor number. This number, along with your price, must be on all sale items.
On the day of the sale, please check in with Lin to get your assigned location. You will also need to provide Lin with a SASE (self-addressed, stamped envelope) and your cell phone number. Vendors are not required to stay for the entire sale, but you may be contacted if customers have questions about your items.
Please understand we will provide you space to sell your items, but cannot guarantee how much space you’ll be allotted (unless you bring your own table.) Items can be donated to the free table, which will be labeled clearly.
We gratefully accept donations to the HFHE table. Please label these items with vendor 100.

2:30 pm Set-up begins in Alumni Hall, south end
4 pm Sale begins
8 pm Sale ends, breakdown immediately
After the sale, we will total your sales and send a check,
minus the 25% fee, in your SASE. Look for it in about 2 weeks.
